Having regular maintenance on your computer system is a great way to keep it running at peak performance. But how much will it cost?

  • Our Hourly Maintenance option is billed at R599 | K350 per hour.

We aim to be extremely competitive and you'll find that our maintenance rates are some of the best in the industry.

Maintenance Plan Terms

  • PAYMENTS/TERMS: All payments will be in ZAR (South African Rands),  ZMK (Zambian Kwacha) or USD (US Dollar). Payment is due immediately work is complete. Payment will be accepted via EFT & Bank Deposits. NES Tech's maintenance plans are non-contractual, these are monthly retainers.
  • CANCELLATION: ‘Client’ may request to cancel the subscription for maintenance plan at any time (end of the month). ‘Provider’ reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason without any prior knowledge and will do so in writing by electronic mail and/or postal letter to the client.
  • AUTHORIZATION: With your payment, you are hiring NES Tech (‘Provider’) as an IT Support Service Provider for the specific purpose of maintaining Computer Systems for the ‘Client’. These services include, but are not limited to Security Maintenance, Network Optimization, Computer & Laptop Optimization, Phone Support a Month, Remote Support, Data Backup Service. ‘Client’ agrees to allow access to their Computer Machines or any other devices which need to be accessed for maintenance and control.
  • CONFIDENTIALITY: ‘Provider’ may, during the course of providing services hereunder or in relation to this contract have access to, and acquire knowledge regarding materials, data, systems, and other information of or with respect to ‘Client’ which may not be accessible or known to the general public. Any knowledge acquired by ‘Provider’ from such materials shall not be used, published or divulged by ‘Provider’ to any person, firm or outside source without the express written consent of ‘Client’.
